ISLE was founded in 2004 in San Diego by two friends who wanted to find a way to turn their passion for the water into a profession. Long before paddleborading became mainstream, our focus wasn’t on trends — it was on building better boards for ourselves and our friends.
We helped pioneer the inflatable paddle board category, focusing on improving construction and materials with a focus on what matters most: stability you can trust, materials that hold up over time, and designs that feel intuitive on the water.
Today, ISLE is recognized as The Original Inflatable Paddle Board brand, with more than two decades of leadership earned through real-world use, patented construction, and award-winning design.
