Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Havn Giveaway (“Giveaway”).  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.   

1. SPONSOR:   International Surf Ventures LLC, dba ISLE, 1001 Mustang Drive, Grapevine, TX 76051 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of February 18, 2026.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, International Surf Ventures LLC (“Isle”) , and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers and advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate or win.   

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:  The Giveaway closes on 02/24/2026 at 11:59 PM PST. 

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the HAVN Greenhouse Giveaway, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form available at: https://islesurfandsup.attn.tv/p/riu/landing-page.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on February 24, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter by the same individual is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

All submissions become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

5. GRANT OF RIGHTS / REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Each entrant into each Giveaway hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor, and each of its affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free perpetual license to use and display any photo with entry for any and all purposes in any and all media channels without limitation, worldwide and without additional compensation, notice or approval from entrant. Each entrant hereby represents and warrants that he/she has read, understands and will follow these Official Rules.  Entrants further represent and warrant that any photos with entries and all elements therein (except Sponsor content) submitted as part of each Giveaway are: (i) the original work of the entrant, and (ii) will not infringe or violate any right (including without limitation intellectual property, proprietary rights, or personal rights) of any third party or person. Each entrant further represents and warrants that he/she has the permission and right to agree to and fully perform in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. 

6. PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 HAVN Gift Card (approximate retail value: $500) that may be used toward the purchase of a HAVN greenhouse at havnoutdoor.com. No prize transfers permitted. The gift card is subject to applicable terms and conditions and may not be returned, redeemed for cash (except where required by law), or used as payment on or credit to any credit card accounts. The prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any reason at its sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) prize winner will be selected on or about February 25, 2026 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The decision of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway. The winner will be notified by email and asked to confirm their contact information. If the winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or fails to provide the required information within that timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Upon verification of eligibility and confirmation of contact information, the $500 HAVN Gift Card will be delivered to the winner via email. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winner agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Instagram, Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers and advertising and promotional agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, use or misuse of the prize (including injury or harm related thereto. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, entry and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Eligibility and Publicity Release and Liability Release by the date specified by Sponsor and failure to do so may result in an alternate winner being selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Giveaway, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Giveaway. In the event the Giveaway is compromised by virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Giveaway and award prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor may disqualify entries if the entry and related tag includes inappropriate, offensive, or other derogatory language or information. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. 

9. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://islesurfandsup.com/policies/privacy-policy,  

10. WINNERS: For the name of the winner, send an email request within one (1) year of February 24, 2026 to watersports@solobrands.com with the subject line “HAVN Greenhouse Giveaway Winner Request.” The winner’s name will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
