The Nomad is a one board quiver for daily use that's also the ideal travel companion. The pulled in thumb tail is matched with full rails for easy paddling and maximum wave count while staying smooth and controlled in a wide range of conditions. Featuring ISLE's patented PowerFuse(TM) technology, this hybrid soft-top construction makes for durable and lightweight performance. The fin boxes accepts FCS 1, and it comes with a SuperFin nylon thruster fin set.

PowerFuse(TM):
Utilizing PowerFuse welded rail technology, which effectively merges the top, bottom, and rails to significantly enhance the durability, rigidity, and lifespan of the product.
Fiberglass:
Consists of two layers of 6oz fiberglass on top and one layer of 4oz fiberglass on the bottom, underneath the EVA foam.
Polycarbonate Skin:
The bottom features a heavy-duty 1.3mm Polycarbonate skin, renowned for its exceptional durability and ability to withstand extensive use.
Full Deck EVA Pad:
Boasts a complete 4mm EVA pad covering the deck, featuring a crocodile-skin texture for enhanced grip. This EVA pad and texture eliminate the need for waxing, providing a hassle-free experience and preventing wax from smearing.

We’ve spent the past few years testing and refining this new technology and the designs. The construction process essentially takes the entire layup, all the materials, and fuses them together in one shot under heat and pressure inside a vacuum bag. Vacuum bagging allows you to form a really tight bond between the different materials, and it also sucks out all the extra epoxy resin, so the boards are way lighter than a traditional hand lay-up where you end up with all this excess resin stuck inside the board, which actually doesn’t improve durability but does result in a heavier board. Oh and we use four different resins in the layup, each one tested and optimized to bond with the different materials.
