My most unforgettable adventure was a week in the dolomites climbing via Ferrata. I watched the most beautiful sunset off Tofana Di Rozes at 3225m high.

This experience brings a sense of calm and relaxation. Hiking is very active and does wonders to the mind but laying on a paddle board feeling the waves ride underneath you hits differently.

My current goal is to scramble all of the snowdonia climbs in wales. There’s 80 all differing in difficulty. I’ve done 31 so far. I also want to camp on all the little islands on the Lake District lakes which are inaccessible from land.

I help people build confidence in themselves to join hikes and other outdoor activities. I’ve spoken to so many people along the way and felt their gratitude towards my events and attitude. They feel at ease while I lead them over beautiful terrain for a day out in the mountains. This impacts people’s mental health in such a positive way.
